Introduction to Think, Move, Live… (Single Session)

An Introduction session is a simple way for you to discover the background to our work and how it can help you. The session will include explanation of the key concepts involved with Alexander Technique and we will demonstrate tips that you can use every day.

Think, Move, Live… the Fundamentals (Multiple Sessions)

These group sessions are run as a series, with each session building on ideas and activities introduced in previous ones. It is important to commit to a full series to gain a thorough understanding of the principles and how to apply them in your life.

Workplace Sessions

These are tailored to your workplace following discussions with your HR section, and are not offered as an off the shelf package. See Workplace Health for more details.

Special Interest Sessions

We can prepare sessions that introduce the benefits of Alexander Technique as applied to an activity of interest to you or your group. Special Interest workshops we have run include music performance, horse riding and juggling without stress. These Special Interest sessions are listed in our Blog when they are scheduled.
