Individual Attention

The most effective and efficient way for us to help you bring about personal change is through a series of 1 on 1 sessions. You get individual attention, with all session time spent guiding you through the steps of our Think, Move, Live… program.

Real, deep change takes time, and while you are likely to notice positive effects from your first appointment, it takes a number of sessions to learn and reinforce the principles involved. To encourage a solid basis we offer a Foundation Pack designed specifically to introduce newcomers to the Alexander technique.

And of course, 1 on 1 sessions can also be booked as single lessons.

Foundation Pack

This is designed for the newcomer to Alexander Technique, and includes a series of ten separate 1 on 1 sessions, an introductory book explaining Alexander Technique and a CD guide. All this at a 25% reduction on the regular full price.

Lessons in Alexander Technique are a big commitment – why not start with one session, then decide? You are free to take up our Foundation Pack offer at your second session, and your first session will be included as part of the Pack.
